How to improve work's efficiency? Part 2.

Long ago it is considered that lazy, sloven and lax person gets tired faster, than people tightened and purposeful. It is also known, as overall performance at the organized one is much better. Such people take more pleasure from results of own activity.


There are other simple rules that will help you to work more efficaciously:


Start a bit earlier.


If you arrive to work for 15-20 minutes before the start, you would have a chance to at once prepare for the process of working and attune yourself to a successful job.


Working hours are for work.


If you are engaged in reasoning out, scheduling and creation of working mood during the road, you would have much more time for the work.


Determination is the key to your success.


If you are not sure what you should promote and couldn't start working, it means that you are simply play for time. Don't allow a hesitation prevent of your work. Be resolute!


Learn to listen.


From a flow of information be able to allocate the main thing. The questions which are well-known from school "who, where, when, how and why? " would help you not to distract on unnecessary details.

Listen to criticism calmly: most likely, there is the share of the truth.

If you eliminate the shortcomings in the step of "negotiation of work", fewer mistakes receive as a result.


"Bury the hatchet".


At least for a while, until the end of the project; as long as you work together or to better times. If the expert is unpleasant to you as the person, think what is more reasonable: to lose the professional or to get it together. If someone is unpleasant to you personally - it's not necessarily a bad person. By the way, most of all irritate those qualities which are inherent also in you personally, but you hide them and don't give to go outside or do not want to know about them by others. Probably, you just feel the opponent from afar and strive to get rid of, as he has not gained enough experience and strength. Try to analyze your dislike: you learn a lot of new, including about yourself.


Pattern is not the unique option.


Break templates if you are sure that you can make better, more qualitative and more effective. It is really useful to get experience from other people; it obviously can help to evade mistakes in future. Only consider what in case of defection all responsibility would lay down on you. Do you want it?


These important trifles.


The forgotten keys, the car not put on the alarm system, loss of checks of documents from the open folder, somewhere the got lost leaf with phone of the necessary person, all these can not only spoil mood, but also lead to essential misses in work. Become more attentive and more careful.


Change occupations.


Alternate affairs, which demand physical activity and trips with those, where concentration and attention are necessary. If work at you exclusively sedentary (for example, the accountant or the programmer), do breaks for five or ten minutes. Nobody would blame you for few minutes approach to a window and will admire a view from it. And if you can to convince all to do short gymnastics for eyes, it will help everybody to work easier. (Gymnastics for eyes is already absolutely another story).


During rest - have a rest.


If you all night long stay in the smoked pub with friends or lay on a sofa at home, without coming off the TV, how good you restore the forces? A lot of people after such "rest" should recover even the whole day. Write down plans to your weekend, wonder as it will affect health and working capacity. Nobody urges to refuse meetings with friends, you are an absolutely independent person, but it isn't necessary stay till morning in a pab to show friendship supporting.


Work a lot and to be a qualified worker are two big differences. Do not try to do everything at once for being quicker everybody; it can obviously damage quality of your work: at least you should be happy because of results and it reduces you desire to work. If you find out how to work quickly, considering and efficaciously, you wonder how much "extra gestures" made during your work. Under "extra gestures" we mean only performance of actions and working operations which don't bring result. Thanks to them, the purpose of performance of work moves away rather, than comes nearer.
